These terms set out the basics for arranging accommodation, tours, transport and travel experiences with us.

Reservations and payment

A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued. Prices, availability and supplier terms can change until payment is completed.

Traveller information

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, contact details and travel document information. Errors may result in supplier charges or prevent travel.

Suppliers and itinerary changes

Some services are delivered by independent suppliers. Their operating rules apply alongside these terms. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably possible and help identify suitable alternatives when available.
